Accidents and the customer is to blame

In the event of an accident and the customer is not at fault and the implementation of paragraph 19 of the contract, no cost is borne by the customer. In case of non-implementation of clause 19 of the contract and incomplete documents of the accident, all costs are the responsibility of the customer.
